Last week we had our second QuantSeq webinar. Kevin Roy from Stanford University School of Medicine gave a talk on mapping nuclear-exosome targeted poly(A) tails with 3´-RNA seq. In his project he used QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep from Lexogen. A very interesting talk was followed by many questions including those specific to advantages of 3’ RNA-Seq over a standard RNA-Seq approach.
