Description
The QuantSeq REV V2 Kit is an all-in-one library preparation protocol designed to generate Illumina compatible libraries of sequences close to the 3’ end of polyadenylated RNA.
With this kit the exact 3’ end can be pinpointed as the NGS reads directly start from the poly(A) tail using a Custom Sequencing Primer (CSP) which is included in the kit. This version of the kit is also recommended for paired-end sequencing.
For multiplexing pre-mixed UDIs of the Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indices (UDIs) are included in the kit. Up to 384 UDIs are compatible with QuantSeq REV. For multiplexing needs beyond 384 samples, please consult with us at support@lexogen.com.
QuantSeq Kits are provided with codes for free gene expression data analysis on Lexogen’s automated data analysis solution. For more information, please visit Lexogen’s data analysis solutions.

Recommended! PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 (96 rxns)
The PCR Add-on Kit is highly recommended since PCR cycle numbers depend on the input material (type, quality, and amount of RNA) and may differ from the values given in the User Guide. Using the PCR Add-on Kit over- or undercycling of libraries can be prevented. Please note that the user will need to provide SYBR Green I (or an equivalent fluorophore) for the qPCR assay.
