Description
The miRVEL Profiling Small RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit provides streamlined protocol for sRNA-Seq with only one final bead-based purification step. The miRVEL Profiling technology utilizes effective adapter blocking to eliminate the need for gel-size selection and reducing hands-on time for library preparation. The kit accommodates a broad range of total RNA input amounts from 10 ng to 1 µg; and is suitable for various sample types: including RNA from cells, tissues, exosomal RNA, plants, and TraPR-enriched sRNAs from various organisms. Libraries are indexed with 8-nt unique dual indices (UDIs) to guarantee accurate read assignment during sequencing runs and to minimize the risk of read misassignment and index hopping. The miRVEL Profiling Small RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit includes all reagents to generate ready-to-sequence libraries, including purification beads and pre-mixed UDI indices and 96-well plates.

Recommended! miRVEL Profiling PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit (96 rxns)
The miRVEL Profiling PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit is highly recommended since PCR cycle numbers depend on the input material (type, quality, and amount of RNA) and may differ from the values given in the User Guide. Using the miRVEL Profiling PCR Add-on Kit over- or undercycling of libraries can be prevented and libraries with too little yield can be rescued by reamplification. Please note that the user will need to provide SYBR Green I (or an equivalent fluorophore) for the qPCR assay.
