Abstract
Differential Gene Expression (DGE) is a powerful and necessary tool for a broad range of scientists and researchers today, helping to probe transcriptomic differences in all facets of biology. These methods, while powerful, are often expensive, time and resource consuming and difficult to perform. Further, they require high quality and high quantity RNA extracts.
