QuantSeq offers an all-in-one library preparation protocol designed to generate Illumina compatible libraries of sequences close to the 3’ end of polyadenylated RNA.
QuantSeq-Pool is a streamlined solution for gene expression profiling for large screening projects using early pooling and batch processing and is easily scalable from a few to 36,864 samples.

Optional i5/i7 Unique Dual Indexing (96 UDIs)
The Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets contain 96 pre-mixed UDIs, which are fully compatible with QuantSeq-Pool libraries. One UDI primer pair is sufficient for i5/i7 barcoding of up to 96 sample-barcoded QuantSeq-Pool libraries. Using the full set of 96 UDI primer pairs up to 9,216 QuantSeq-Pool libraries can be multiplexed on one sequencing lane.
