Our Services:

Benefits

The benefits listed below depend on the service package selected and the scope of the project.

Our Successes

Lexogen NGS Services has, since its launch, driven remarkable successes for our customers. Our hands-on experience with all kinds of samples, combined with almost two decades of deep expertise in RNA biology and RNA sequencing, has solidified our position as a leading NGS service provider. We are proud to share our latest achievements and milestones:

Working with us

We offer different next generation sequencing (NGS) service packages. The services and benefits described below apply to the Advanced and Premium packages. Please refer to the individual package descriptions for details on what is included with each offer.

You can send us cell, tissue, or organ samples from which we will extract RNA or DNA (Start from Extraction). You can also choose to send purified nucleic acids (Start from Library Prep). It is possible to do “Sequencing only” projects of your prepared and pooled libraries, any library type is accepted. Each service package can be further customized based on your sample type and project specific requirements. Data Analysis is offered for each of our NGS service packages or as a service on its own (Lexogen Bioinformatics Services). We also offer Custom Bioinformatics Solutions, and have expertise in new pipeline development.

Consultations
Every project with us begins with a consultation to ensure the best experimental design for your project to be successful. We will agree on one of our tailored NGS service packages during consultations. To assist you, we can offer various types of shipment support, such as help with customs and export documents. Under certain conditions, we can also organize the shipment.
Sample Extraction
We have extensive expertise in nucleic acid extraction from tissues, cells, and biofluids, and are specialized in the most challenging samples such as FFPE curls, microdissections, plant tissues and similar. Sample QC included.
Library Preparation
We are specialized in preparing libraries even from low-quality or low-input samples. We use various library preparation solutions, depending on your specific experimental objectives, and always include quality control steps. We take advantage of our proprietary Lexogen technologies, but are not limited to them and, with the support of our R&D team, can adapt our pipelines to your needs.
Sequencing
Samples are sequenced with the read mode and read depth most suitable for your application.
Data Analysis and Report
Sequencing data are analyzed in-house after performing data quality control. We offer various standard data analysis options, on-demand, custom-design data analyses, and custom pipeline development.
