Poly(A) RNA Selection Kit V1.5
The Poly(A) RNA Selection Module enables rapid and highly specific enrichment of polyadenylated RNAs from total RNA samples. Optimized oligo(dT) Magnetic Beads (MB) allow isolation of polyadenylated transcripts within ~one hour.
The Poly(A) RNA Selection Kit V1.5 is available as a convenient bundle with Lexogen’s CORALL RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit for streamlined mRNA sequencing or as standalone kit for 96 reactions (Cat. No. 157.96).
