FFPE RNA Extraction
The SPLIT One-step FFPE RNA Extraction Kit enables fast and highly efficient RNA extraction from any FFPE tissue with optimized decrosslinking and paraffin / detergent removal. Performance
Validated Workflow for FFPE RNA-Seq
Lexogen’s SPLIT One-step FFPE RNA Extraction enables extraction of highly pure RNA from any FFPE tissue, resulting RNA can be directly used for demanding RNA-Seq analyses (Fig. 1A).
Along with QuantSeq FFPE or CORALL FFPE (Fig. 1B) library preparation kits, SPLIT One-step FFPE RNA Extraction offers validated RNA-Seq solutions for reliable data output (Fig. 1).

Superior RNA quality for higher Gene Detection

Workflow
High-quality RNA in less purification steps
One-step purification technology significantly reduces the protocol steps, hands-on, and overall protocol time compared to conventional silica methods. Simultaneously, One-step purification protocol minimizes the amount of plastic waste and use of toxic reagents.
Column Adapters for Plate Centrifuges
The product contains two Lexogen column adapters that can hold 24 tubes of 1.5 or 2 ml each, allowing for the processing of up to 48 samples at once. Additionally, the swing-out rotor centrifuge guarantees a flat resin surface formation, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the One-step purification technology.
