The QuantSeq Kit is an all-in-one library preparation protocol designed to generate Ion Torrent compatible libraries of sequences close to the 3’ end of polyadenylated RNA. With the Barcode Sets A (Barcodes 01-24) and B (Barcodes 25-48) up to 48 libraries can be multiplexed.
