The QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq library preparation is recognized as one of the fastest, most cost-efficient, and accurate methods for expression profiling using next-generation sequencing. Analysis of QuantSeq data is based on counting of transcript-tags and is therefore straightforward and robust. The QuantSeq protocol focuses on capture of the 3’ end of mRNAs, which is very tolerant towards low input amounts and integrity of the RNA, therefore RNA extracted from clinical material and FFPE-samples can be submitted for accurate gene expression profiling.

The low read-depth necessary for gene expression quantification by QuantSeq allows for a high degree of multiplexing, and automation of the library preparation procedure accommodates projects with high sample throughput. This makes QuantSeq the most preferable alternative over microarrays for gene expression analysis.

*Only applications submitted on November 24 will be considered. The discount will be offered for projects including 9 samples or more. This discount can be only applied on the project orders placed in 2017.
